Flint And Steel
(Not Available at This Time)

I know this isn't the first time that you've seen a Flint and Steel for sale.  Most catalogs carry them, I just think mine are the best.

There is no secret to a spark on your rifle, or your fire steel. Just use high carbon steel and old files. I said old files. New ones, cheap import ones are casehardened and make poor sparkers. Good steel, polished edge and hard is all it takes.

Striker size is 3 1/4" to 3 1/2" long and almost 2" wide. Remember they are made by hand and they do vary.

Striker with antiqued tin box, has an antiqued finish on it, it's burnt, it will over time turn brown and have a nice old time look to it. I like it, I hope you do also.

Antiqued Tin Box with Flint and Steel, Flint and forged file steel striker ..........$23.50 postage paid

Flint and Steel without the tin box take off $2.00 also flint shards can be bought seperate at $2.00 each with any order where they will fit.
